for all of the Gear we sell. We DO NOT sell "Gray
Market" Gear. This means you can buy with confidence
knowing that not only does the 123DiscountSports staff
stand behind the Gear we sell but so do the manufacturers.
You will receive FULL WARRANTIES from the manufacturers
when you purchase your supplies from 123DiscountSports.

Shipping
Cost and Methods
We are not responsible for shipping delays beyond
our control. To see what your shipping charges will
be simply add the product(s) you want to the shopping
cart and at the bottom there will be a button to click
on in order to calculate shipping charges. Generally
for price comparisons you can figure that your shipping
charges will be around a $.90 a pound with a minimum
of $6.00 for products weighing less than that. Since
our shipping charges are calculated on a UPS Real
Time basis your cost will depend on what part of the
country or world you live in and how close you are
to a major shipping hub. We realize that in order
to find what your cost will be you need to start the
order process to get that portion. You pay for shipping
based on weight and approximate dimensions and packaging
costs, (Please note that some products are oversized
and require additional charges calculated at the time

Online with us is safe and secure!
We
employ a method of interaction with our visitors that
does not compromise credit card information. This
online system is 100% secure.
A
note about the Fair Credit Billing Act. Under this
act, your bank limits your total loss and cannot hold
you liable for more than fifty dollars of reported
fraudulent charges. In the event your card is used
in a fraudulent manner, you must notify your bank
or card issuer immediately and in accordance with
its reporting rules and procedures.
We
encourage you to feel comfortable using your credit
card or Pay Pal to make purchases on our site. If
you wish, you may also send us a Money Order or personal
check. Personal checks will delay your order as we
must wait for your funds to clear before we ship any
merchandise. COD is not offered at this time.
Please
allow an additional 7-10 business days for shipping
of your merchandise if paid by personal check. To
order by check, just print the order form with your
shopping cart contents from the order confirmation
page and complete the necessary fields, then mail
the form to the address on your receipt. (top)

We
are so sure that you will love our quality products
that we offer you this iron clad guarantee. Any single
item purchased from us (excluding clearance &
special orders) can be returned for a refund when
received in our warehouse within 30 days from the
day you receive the item, no questions asked.
The
store credit or refund amount will be the full purchase
price of the item without any restocking/handling
charge. (shipping is not refundable). The item must
be in its original (new)* condition and packaging
and prior authorization (RMA#) must be arranged by
email. There will be a 25% restocking/handling fee
of any properly authorized return item price if received
later than 30 days. If an (RMA#) is not received then
there will be a 25% restocking fee of the purchase
price or refusal of package at our discretion. After
30 days of receipt we cannot accept returns or exchanges.
All shipping charges are the purchaser's responsibility
*New
is defined as unused, original manufacturer packaging
and attached tags or a combination of both.
**Used
is defined as worn or obvious signs of wear, no attached
tags, not original packaging or a combination of all.
If the product is a wetsuit and you try it on please
let it air out before repacking as there will be a
cleaning fee deducted if it has obvious odors. (top)
Exchanges & Returns
We understand that occasionally a product you purchase
from us may need to be exchanged or returned. In order
to have this process run as smoothly as possible you
need to follow the steps below:
Don't forget a Gift
Certificate.
1.) Make sure the Item is a returnable
based on above item, i.e. new and in original manufacturer
packaging with tags to be received in our warehouse
within 30 days from the day you received the item
as confirmed by the shipper. (Close-Out and Special
Order items are non-returnable)
2.) Send us an E-Mail request for
a Return Authorization Number including your order
number and name by Clicking

Write your Return Authorization Number (RA) clearly
on the outside of the package with a copy of your
order receipt with your exchange requirements or return
request. Send the package to us via the best method

When your properly authorized package is received
at our warehouse, we will mark the date received on
the package and inspect for condition. If everything
is OK your RMA# is approved and sent to shipping for
an exchange or Accounting for a refund based on the
above mentioned criteria. Please allow 7 to 15 working
days for refund to be processed. (top)
Additional
Shipping/Cancellation/Order Information
All
in-stock orders will be shipped within 48 hours(excluding
holidays & weekends) many times same day and will
be at your door usually in 7 to 10 days but almost
always within 14 - 16 days to a US zip code. Out of
stock orders will usually ship within 2-3 business
days. If you request to receive your order in less
than 14 days from now, we will do our best to accommodate
and if we can't we will offer an alternative.
With
that being said, we fill all orders as quickly as
possible as our customers simply won't accept anything
less from us and rightfully so. Cancellations made
before payment has settled (2:30 P.M. Pacific Time
every 24 hours) will receive a full refund. Cancellations
made after that time but before an order has shipped
will incur a 5% processing fee. If an item has shipped,
you of course, are still entitled to our 30-day refund.
If the item is refused at the time of delivery there
is a 30% restocking/cancellation/processing fee. If
an item is not is stock and on back order or discontinued
the customer will be offered an alternative or substitution.
If not acceptable and the product is part of an order
with items that are available then the cancellation
policy will still be followed.
Due
to manufacturer regulations we cannot publish selling
prices of a limited number of our products. Those
products show a selling price of $0 but in the description
of the product we allow an option to call us or e-mail
for pricing. If you purchase any of these items we
will assume you have retrieved the selling price.
You will pay for shipping with no tax unless you live
in NV along with any special size charges, we will
process the selling price manually after the card
settlement. We do not sell any items for shipping
only.
Multiple
Purchase and Commercial Use: Any identical item purchased
in quantities of more than 2 will be excluded from the
30 day money back guarantee. We suggest buying one to
verify fit, usability etc. before buying multiple items.
Any item purchased for commercial use will not be warranted
for damage resulting from commercial use. Every
item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped.
If merchandise is defective,damaged or wrong upon
receipt please contact us immediately after your package
arrives so we can make arrangements to process a claim
with the manufacturer or send the correct product
out. Return shipping charges cannot be refunded. All
claims MUST be made within 3 days of receipt of order.
Replacement
items for products that were shipped incorrectly will
be sent with a call tag for return of the erroneous
merchandise. If the original item is not back in our
warehouse within 10 Days from receipt, the credit
card on file will be billed for the purchase price.
When the replacement is received a credit will be
issued. We are not responsible in any way for any
miscellaneous charges incurred, overdraft or the like
due to your business dealings with our company.
Stock
is subject to prior sale. Delivery to carrier constitutes
delivery to you. Shipping charges are not refundable
unless the carrier has failed to meet the delivery
commitment outlined in their shipping guide. 123DiscountSports.com
will only refund Shipping Charges when the carrier
has failed to meet the delivery commitment and issued
credit to 123DiscountSports.com The decision made
by a carrier regarding a claim for refund is final.
Customer
must be sure to communicate correct shipping address
to 123Discount-Sports.com All shippers charge a $10.00
fee if an incorrect address has been provided. These
fees will be transferred to the customer, only if
the customer provided the incorrect ship-to address.
Shipping Company will NOT accept special shipping
instructions from Dealer, other than "Ship To"
Name and Address. Shipping - International Orders
without a U.S. zip code are subject to an additional
charge of $25 to process additional paperwork (this
is waived on orders of $400 or more). International
orders are shipped by Federal Express/UPS and will
be billed at our actual cost. International shipping
freight charges will be invoiced at actual cost. International
orders can only be shipped to the billing address
for the credit card being used. (top)

or owners responsible in any way from injuries or
complications that could occur from products purchased,
received or given through this site and that you agree
with our pricing policies for products that we cannot
advertise due to manufacturer regulations and policies
