If you are not 100% satisfied with any single item purchased (excluding clearance specials our custom built Items), you can can return the unused* item for a refund when received in our warehouse within 30 days from the day you receive the item, no questions asked. (*Does not apply to Close-Out, Clearance Items or Custom Built Items)

The store credit or refund amount will be the full purchase price of the item without any restocking charge. (shipping is not refundable and will be deducted from free shipping offers). The item must be in its original (new)* condition and packaging (or equivalent) and prior authorization (RMA#) must be arranged by emailing.

Please note that if you receive your product(s) and they are damaged, then a claim must be filed with the shipper. If the damage is minimal we may be able to send out a replacement part instead, but you will need to contact us so we can have a tech speak to you about the options. DAMAGED PRODUCT IS CONSIDERED USED UNTIL THE SHIPPER MAKES A DETERMINATION AS EXPLAINED FURTHER in policies.

The return or exchange must be received within 15 days from the date it is given or there will be a 15% restocking fee of the item price. If an (RMA#) is not received then there will be a 15% resocking fee of the total purchase price. After 30 days of reciept we cannot accept returns or exchanges. Any additional exchange shipping charges will be covered by customer. OUR 100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEE DOES NOT PERTAIN TO AN ITEM THAT HAS BEEN USED AND THEN FOUND DEFECTIVE.
